Hi, I’m Bex
I was dragged, quite literally, to my first pole class and yet my entire life changed with that very first spin. Pole gave me insane levels of confidence and taught me that I can do anything I put my mind to. Now I want to help you to have that same experience.
Teaching, and performing, pole has been my full time job for over a decade and I have had the pleasure of teaching thousands of unique individuals. Being able to invest both in practical, theoretical and hands on learning means I have learnt how to adapt my teaching to the person in front of me! Because we are all different and we learn best when we take that into consideration.
My focus is on helping students who have different body types, neurodivergence, hypermobility or have other struggles that means pole can feel harder. But it doesn’t have to be harder. I promise. Let me show you how.
